Architectural Requests If you are thinking about putting up a fence, planning a hardscape project or making changes to the exterior or your house...please fill out an architectural request form so that we can review and provide our approvals. Please go to the Architectural Request Form tab at the top, fill out the form and submit. Assessments will be sent out December 1st for 2026 and will be due by the end of January. Dues will increase to $350 for 2026 given the increases in insurance, management fees and utility increases. Please remember to pay timely or you will be assessed a late fee or interest and may be subject to a lien on your property if not paid. These fees pay for common area maintenance, street lights, electricity, water for common ground, insurance and management fees to keep our neighborhood as a top place to live! Also note that the Board members are not paid and volunteer to serve the community and maintain Stonecroft as a premier neighborhood to call home. Thank you. |
