We've recently set-up a new email account to allow for easier notifications and quicker replies. You should expect one of the Board members to reply to your requests within 48 hours. If you have recently sent a request to the Board and have not gotten a response, please resend as we had issues with the old email accounts. We are expecting the dues to increase to $315 for 2023 based on increases in Insurance, Management Fees and other services. **New** HOA Board Member - Rebecca M. Rabbitt Pogorzelski Becky was elected at the annual meeting September 10, 2020 by unanimous to serve a term of 3 years by a majority vote as there were no other nominees. Next meeting will be on September 22, 2022 at Kisker Road Library 5pm - 6pm. Letters have been sent out to each homeowner. We did not receive any nominations for Board Members for this year's election. If you are interested, please come to the meeting and we will hold the election there.
