Maintenance to our front entrance monument is long overdue. The monument has been neglected for some time and needed to be addressed before the costs became unmanageable for the subdivision. The Board unanimously approved maintenance of the monument including tuck pointing, brick replacement, cleaning, and sealing.

In accordance with the Stonecroft Indentures, no signs, with the exception of real-estate signs, are permitted. We have noticed a number of roofing and siding company signs that should not be posted. Additionally, no political signs should be posted. Note, a $50 fine will be assessed for violations. Thank you for your support in helping to keep our neighborhood beautiful.
Article X, Section XIII: Signs. No signs, advertisements, billboards or advertising structures of any kin my be reected, maintained or displayed on any Lot; provided, however, that nothing herein shall prohibit signs erected or displayed by First Party in connection with the development of the Property and marketing and sale of residences therein. After reviewing the opinion from Paul Harris, the new attorney, the Board ask to look into the subdivision’s right to continue to maintain and insure the Kisker Road fence. The Board agreed it has the right to continue to maintain the fence. Questions around one particular lot remain. The paperwork in this matter is being tracked down and will be discussed at a later date. The Board voted to reinsure the fence and continue its maintenance as it has for the last 10 + years. We are pleased to have finally arrived at an appropriate and common-sense resolution.
If you notice an issue with any of the street lights in our subdivision, please report it directly to Cuivre River Electric at 636-528-8261.
