In accordance with the Stonecroft Indentures, no signs, with the exception of real-estate signs, are permitted. We have noticed a number of roofing and siding company signs that should not be posted. Additionally, no political signs should be posted. Note, a $50 fine will be assessed for violations. Thank you for your support in helping to keep our neighborhood beautiful.

Article X, Section XIII: Signs. No signs, advertisements, billboards or advertising structures of any kin my be reected, maintained or displayed on any Lot; provided, however, that nothing herein shall prohibit signs erected or displayed by First Party in connection with the development of the Property and marketing and sale of residences therein.
