Violation Letter

A letter was recently sent to all Stonecroft homeowners outlining a number of violations to our Indenture of Trust that have been brought to the Board's attention. The intention of the letter was to serve as a reminder to all homeowners of the violations outlined in Article X of the Indenture of Trust. The somewhat ambiguous language in the letter has created some confusion regarding whether or not a homeowner is in violation of the Indenture of Trust. We would encourage all homeowners to review Article X to determine if they are in violation. Finally, your receipt of the letter does not necessarily indicate that you are in violation. ​
